NO REFUND for items that do not arrive in time for your special party date!
Refunds will be strictly for faulty goods/not working goods (not caused by transportation or misuse of the products). Any refund requests must be in writing and sent by email with details of your refund request and reference to the original party order. Refund request must be within 7 days of receiving your party order.
We are understanding of each situation and upon return of the party products and inspection we will decide if the fault is genuine and in turn refund the total of the order. Standard return Postage and Handling will also be refunded (not express).
Can I cancel my party order ?
YES you can cancel your order just email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to refund your account/card within the next business day. There will be no further charge by 24-7 Party Paks (15% restocking fee will be deducted from all International party orders - please enquire by email for more conditions)
Should items be out of stock at the time your order is placed we will do our best to contact by email or phone and offer an alternative product or refund that item. We can backorder out of stock items this can take 1-2 weeks. If the stock is no longer available due to a license cancellation you will be advised by email to the address where the payment was made and monies will be refunded or an alternative product will be offered.
