How long will my Order take to process ?
All Orders are processed straight away !
Please check your emails and junk mail regularly for updates on out of stock items & dispatch information !
I am in Australia - how long will my delivery take ?
Deliveries Australia 1-2 business working days
(public holidays and weekends excluded - some outer country and far north (NT WA QLD) areas may take extra days)
Pinatas can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business working days due the size and requiring additional packaging.
How long is an EXPRESS delivery within Australia
EXPRESS deliveries are generally overnight *next business day (large oversized parcels and far north and country areas excepted)
*public holidays excluded, flight and weather delays permitting.

How much is Express delivery within Australia ?
Express deliveries incur an additional $10 fee on top of standard postage and handling.
Just jump on the EXPRESS truck you can find on any page and ADD TO CART.
This option also allows you to jump the queue if you need your order in a hurry !
What if I am out at the time of delivery ?
ALL DELIVERIES have an "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE STICKER" this allows the courier to leave your parcel just in case you are not home at the time of delivery or don't answer the door in time - (Murphies Law)
*Murphies Law is for those busy Mum's who decide to pop out to the shops or have a quick shower or can't make it to the door in time the courier generally leaves the parcel near the front door or somewhere safe !
I want to sign for my party order !
Supply an alternate delivery address for signature - If you have any concerns about your parcel being left by the courier while you are out, you can supply an alternative address for delivery where you will be able to sign for your party order.
Business address are accepted but note if you delivery address is on the top floor of a building or you are out at the time of delivery the courier will generally leave your parcel with the reception.
Does my parcel have tracking ?
Parcel Tracking is provided for all deliveries except Orders under $10 (which are not tracked)
We will email a tracking number which you can view online at Star Track or Australia Post. Parcels being delivered to Apartment blocks Units or Flats as well as Post Office Boxes will be sent by Australia Post economy and therefore will not have online tracking.
Pinatas and over-sized items are sent as registered and must be signed for and are tracked. They are dispatched via Australia Post regular road transport and may require an extra 1-3 days extra time.
It is the customer responsibility to follow the delivery process online via Star Track or Australia Post and notify us immediately if there is no update for your parcel whereabouts.
Parcels will be returned to us within 7 business working days should the courier not be able to locate your delivery address supplied.
Can I pickup my party order ?
NO ! Sorry we no longer offer a pickup option. 24-7 Party Paks is a family owned and operated home based business offering Kids Party Supplies via an ONLINE SHOP only. We now only offer a delivery option, parcels are delivered by a premium Courier service - Startrack which includes fragile handling online tracking and is usually overnight next business day delivery.
If you wish to shop in person we can suggest Spotlight, Big W, Peter Van the Party Man or All about Parties in South Australia. We have recently moved from 364 Seaview Road Henley Beach and now only offer delivery NO pickup any longer.
OOPS Wrong Address how do I fix it ?
Wrong Address in your Paypal or Credit Card account - how do I change it ?
If you have an old address or incorrect address please email us immediately to the correct address. Incorrect addresses incurr a $10 fee for attemtped re-delivery.
If the order is delivered to an old address it will be returned to us within 7 business working days and the order will be held until the $10 redelivery fee is paid.
Do you Ship Overseas ?
Yes we ship Overseas please read our FAQS - International page for more information prior to purchase.
Can I cancel my order ?
YES you can cancel your order just tell us within 24 hours !
We will process the refund within 24 business hours back to your account where the original order was paid from. The refund may take 1-2 days to land in your account !
There are no fees deducted and the full amount will be refunded no questions asked !
Can I get a REFUND for a faulty item ?
YES, We will refund faulty goods; not working to Manufacturers specifications !
We require you to return the item within 7 days for full inspection in order for us to claim back from the manufacturer.
Items that are faulty upon inspection will receive a full refund of the item including proportionate postage and handling.
If Item is returned and outcome is clearly misuse of product it will not be not refunded and the customer will be required to pay return post.
