Do you ship to my country ?
YES - We ship to USA, CANADA, UK, FRANCE, NEW ZEALAND some places in ASIA - please email for a quote on shipping and handling.
All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars AUD$ and there will be a exchange conversion according to your Countries exchange rate when making payment !
If the address for delivery is incorrect or you do not accept the customs duties We will not refund your returned parcels ! As Exchange rates change daily this is out of our control due to exhange rates updating daily from country to country.
Shipping is based on weight of products so jot us an email with the items you were thinking of ordering and we can estimate the cost of Shipping and Handling and deliver timeframe.
If your happy to go ahead place your order online, choose your country then checkout. The Shipping and Handling will be zero at this stage, we will weigh your order and send you an invoice for the correct shipping and handling.
We will notify you by email of out of stock items and when your order is dispatched. Please check your emails or junk mail regularly !
If your country is not in the drop down list there maybe limitations with products or special insurance requirements - email us and we will try to quote shipping and handling.
Please note shipping to other countries is expensive and this is out of our control and we are more than happy to refund the total we would recommend requesting a quote for shipping to your country !
How long will my order take to process ?
All orders will be processed in 1-2 business working days.
(saturdays , sundays and public holidays not included)
EXPRESS deliveries - International Shipping
We do offer an Express shipping and Handling to other countries ! Again your would need to email us for a quote.
Generally Express deliveries take 3 - 4 business working days and again this depends entirely on the customs departments delays in your country.

Customs duties & fees
Customs Duties and Fees may be payable upon arrival of your party order in your country.
These duties and fees are out of our control and must be paid in your country to customs departments to allow release of your order - Generally they are only for oversized parcels.
How long will my delivery take ?
Delivery is estimated 4 - 10 business working days.This depends on customs departments and delays when leaving Australia and entering your country which is out of our control.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive within that timeframe and therefore will be no refunds for items that do not arrive in time for your special ocassion. See refunds section.
How can I pay ?
Choose at checkout we accept the following payment options: PAYPAL VISA MASTERCARD
If your not a Paypal member - just select the "Not a Paypal member" and "Continue" on the bottom half of the screen and follow the prompts to enter your credit card details.
Login with your Paypal ID and Password if you are a Paypal member.
Payment is instant and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.
We use Paypal to process all our payments as it is a secure payment website. Only the delivery address is supplied to us and all other details remain private.

We recommend you leave a correct contact number for the Postal Service courier to call you should you not be at home at the time of delivery they can arrange a different delivery option for you - again this is out of our control as it is your Countries Postal service not ours.
When receiving emails from Paypal remember to ensure they are not fraudulent they should always be addressed to your full name they would never ask for passwords or address details. If unsure do not click on any links in your email and contact Paypal if you have any issues or concerns.
We do not supply your email address or any details to third party databases and unless required for your delivery.
Can I cancel my order ? YES

just email us and we will try to refund back to your account/card within the next business day.
Returns and refunds - request in writing within 7 - 14 days of receiving your order !
NOTE NO REFUND for items that do not arrive in time for your special party date! Refund for Faulty Goods only !
Refunds will be strictly for faulty goods/not working goods(not caused by transporation or misuse of the products). Any refund requests must be in writing with details and photographs of the order or products.
We are understanding of each situation and you can discuss further any concerns by email.
All faulty goods must be returned for further inspection in order for us to obtain a refund from the manufacturer. The goods returned postage will be paid by the customer if not faulty !
