Remove Image carefully from packaging.

Remove the Image from backing sheet, by holding the corners (design up) roll across a sharp edge of a table, slowly working in from all sides towards the centre.

 

Place the Image on the cake, ensure your icing is fresh and still moist. The moisture helps the Image to stay in place. Gently smooth any air bubbles with (clean) hand.

For butter icing, moch cream, or fresh cream it is recommended to apply the image immediately prior to serving.

 

For best results apply to fudge icing (combine icing sugar, margarine, water and beat until fluffy).
