All orders will be processed in 1-2 business working days. (saturdays , sundays and public holidays not included)

 

Delivery is estimated 1-2 business working days (flight delay and weather permitting country areas make take an extra day)

This timeframe may stretch out around busy holiday seasons like Christmas Easter short weeks due to public holidays.

This is not an advertising popup we do not send adware or spam mail so you may need to temporarily turn off your popups to place and order and make a payment. We will notify you of out of stock items, when your order has been dispatched including an estimated delivery time frame. All prices and postage/handling/shipping charges on our website are for orders being delivered within AUSTRALIA.

Should items be out of stock at the time your order is placed you will be contacted by email and we will offer an alternative product or refund that item. We can backorder out of stock items this can take 1-2 weeks. If the stock is no longer available due to a license cancellation you will be advised by email to the address where the payment was made and monies will be refunded.

Note: Because of increased filtering of email by both ISPs and companies, you may not receive your confirmation email. Always check your trash, deleted, or quarantined folders for your confirmation email.

Any address changes or add to orders please click Orders to email us. You can email 24 hours 7 days a week our response is usually within 24 hours.

Please do not try to contact us by phone we are madly busy packing orders - Emails preferred !

 

Leaving your phone contact details is optional but remember if we are unable to contact you by email for queries it will slow the order process down and the courier/postie may require it for delivery. Leave your mobile just in case !

 

We use Australian Air Express and in most cases they deliver next business working day anywhere in Australia(weather and flight delay permitting country areas may take longer).

For your convenience we add an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE sticker on all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel if you are not home to sign or decide to pop out ! If this is not appropriate please supply an alternative address (PO Boxes and business addresses, neighbours address etc are accepted)

 

Please advise us ASAP of incorrect delivery address changes to Delivery address change URGENT If the parcel has already been dispatched we can retrieve the parcel and deliver it to the correct address - this will attract $10 redelivery fee !

 

 

Postage and handling is calculcated on order value. If you would like a quote just add the items to the shopping basket and it will calculate the total postage and handling !

$1 - 9.95 = $6.50

$10 - $29.95 = $11.00

$30 - $99.95 = $14.95

$100 & over = Free anywhere in Australia (Express not included)

 

Spend over $100 and we will send your order anywhere in Australia Delivery FREE. (Pinatas or Express not included)

 

 

Any orders under $10 or oversized items such as Pinatas will be sent via Australia Post delivery times will vary within Australia.

Estimated delivery by Australia Post SA outer country 1-2 days, VIC & TAS 1-2 days, NSW 2 -3 days, QLD 3 - 5 days, Far North QLD WA & NT 5 - 7 days.

If not at the address at the time of delivery the courier will leave a collection card with details of where to collect your parcel.

All other parcels that fit in a satchel and are sent by Australian Air Express will generally take 1 - 2 business working days.

Yes you can use a CREDIT CARD you do not have to be a PAYPAL member

Just select the "Not a Paypal member" and "Continue" on the bottom half of the screen and follow the prompts to enter your credit card details. Payment is instant and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.

 

Login with your Paypal ID and Password if you are a Paypal member. Payment is instant and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.

We use Paypal to process all our payments as it is a secure payment website. Only the delivery address is supplied to us and all other details remain private.

Not sure ? check for a padlock when making payments usually top at the end of the address bar or in the bottom right corner. This is ensures your details are encrypted and the your credit card details are not supplied only the address for delivery.

When receiving emails from Paypal remember to ensure they are not fraudulent they should always be addressed to your name they would never ask for passwords or address details. Please contact us or Paypal on 1800 073 263 if you have any issues.

We do not supply your email address or any details to third party databases and unless required for your delivery.

 

To track the delivery progress of your parcel just go to the AAE website (Australian Air Express) Tracking enter the reference number we supplied.

As we cannot guarantee the safety of the goods in transit you can opt for parcel protection $10. This cover is for loss and damaged goods which also has a tracking service. (goods to value $100)

 

 

Parcels under $10 sent via Australia Post if you require tracking/registered $5 click on the PAY NOW and you can follow the delivery progress online at Australia Post Tracking.

All oversized parcels will be automatically be registered and you can follow the delivery progress just goto the Australia Post website and enter your reference number in the appropriate tracking section.

 

 

NO REFUND for items that do not arrive in time for your special party date!

Refunds will be strictly for faulty goods/not working goods(not caused by transporation or misuse of the products). Any refund requests must be in writing with details of the order. We are understanding of each situation and you can discuss further any concerns by email.

If the address for delivery is incorrect we will charge a further $10 to redirect your parcel to the correct address !

Any parcels returned and not claimed within 1 month will not be refunded.

Yes you cancel your order just email us and we will try to refund back to your account/card within the next business day there will be no further charge by 24-7 Party Paks. (restocking fees apply to international purchases goto FAQS - International for more conditions)

 

 

If hats and blowers are not available in the character range we will replace with plain coloured ones.

Cutlery and the balloons in the packs are plain colours. The cutlery is of an excellent washable grade and the balloons are a excellent brand helium quality.

If available we will try to match in the colour of the plain items to your party theme.

 

As you may be aware there are thousands of copied products available !

We stock mostly licensed character partyware and when weighing or posting your items we will sometimes remove the packaging to fit the parcel or to reduce weight/postage costs. If you would prefer the packaging to be left on for resale please let us know. We may be able to discount your goodies if you supply an ABN no. (applicable to Australia only).

We always specify if the item is a Licensed product or generic and you should be able to verify if your items are licensed by checking the copyright fine print on each item. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to this matter.

From time to time we do have incorrect information or the shopping cart function may not work correctly and we apologise for this inconvenience ! We try to keep the website updated and will sometimes be sold out of an item even though it doesn't show out of stock !
