Leaving your phone contact details is optional but remember if we are unable to contact you by email for queries it will slow the order process down.

We use Australian Air Express as in most cases they deliver the next business working day. So please use a delivery address where the receiver can sign for the goods alternatively a PO Box or a work address. $10 redelivery fee applies if not available at the address supplies. If the courier attempts delivery a card will be left with parcel collection details and we will then send an invoice for the $10 Fee. After 7 days if the parcel hasn't been collected it will be returned to us at 24-7 Party Paks.

Any orders under $10 and oversized items such as Pinatas will be sent via Australia Post and if not at the address supplied at time of the delivery the Courier will leave a collection card so check your letterbox. The Pinatas will be sent registered post so you can track the delivery.

If you feel you will not be home at the time of delivery we could add a sticker "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE" with any special instructions. Feel free to email us with any concerns.

We accept the following payment options:

Yes you can use a CREDIT CARD and you DO NOT have to be a paypal member !

Just select the "Not a Paypal member" and "Continue" on the bottom of the payment screen and follow the prompts to enter your credit card details. Payment is instant and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.

Login with your Paypal ID and Password if you are a Paypal member. Payment is instant and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.

If you require the bank transfers/deposits account details please supply an email with your name and address with a phone contact number and we will return the banks details. Bank transfers may take a couple of days to clear as soon as funds are received we will notify you and then send your parcel.

We take internet fraud seriously and keep records of names and address details whenever the bank account information is requested !

We use Paypal to process all our payments as it is a secure payment website. Only the delivery address is supplied to us and all other details remain private. You do not have to be a Paypal member to make a payment.

When receiving emails from Paypal remember to ensure they are not fraudulent they should always be addressed to your name they would never ask for passwords or address details. Please contact us if you have any issues.

We do not supply your email address or any details to third party databases and unless required for your delivery.

NO REFUND for items that do not arrive in time for your special party date!

Refunds will be strictly for faulty goods/not working goods(not caused by transporation or misuse of the products). We do not accept responsibility for any damage or lost items caused by the delivery couriers (Australia Post or Australian Air Express).

Adelaide and Melbourne 1-2 days, Sydney 2-3 days, Other areas 5-7 days. You can check the Australia Post website for your area. (International 3 - 10 days depending on customs delays).

FREE delivery for orders over $100 Australia Wide (Pinatas not included).

Sometimes we will use Express to send parcels at no extra charge however we cannot guarantee next day delivery due to seasonal sales and volume of workload. If you require EXPRESS Overnight delivery anywhere in Australia you will need to select the following option and pay the extra $10 to place your order at the front of the line.

EXPRESS $10 anywhere in Australia !

Express Overnight option is next day delivery anywhere in Australia (Airline delays and weather permitting). Far out country areas may take an extra day. This Express service is in addition to the postage and handling charges already on the invoice. Only available for 5kgs or less and not available for PINATAS . If you require Pinatas via Express please email us for a quote.

Express service must have an address and contact phone number where a receiver is available to sign for the goods or a PO Box adress or additional $10 charge will apply !

(This EXPRESS service is only available for Australian deliveries see details for International Express orders below).

PINATAS are classified as oversize items and may take an additional week for delivery due to special packaging required.

All order values over $50(postage & handling not included) will be posted registered post at no extra charge and this also requires a signature on receipt of goods (unless sent Express express tracking numbers are different).

As we cannot guarantee the safety of the goods in transit we can offer optional insurance $8 and this will cover for loss and damaged goods to the order value $100 (Australia only).

(Insurance not included see below for details). The customer will be responsible and must pay any customs or duties upon receiving your goods.

Additional Postage and Handling International

As we cannot guarantee the safety of the goods in transit insurance is an option for an additional $10 will cover for loss and damaged goods (Value of goods $100) and includes a tracking service. Insurance is not available in all countries please enquire.

Cancelled orders will be refunded the next business working day. Weighing is a time consuming process if the order is cancelled after additional Postage & Handling has been advised a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

International refunds due to the Exchange rate your full refund amount may differ unfortunately this is out of our control due to exhange rates changing daily.

Should items be out of stock at the time your order is placed you will be contacted by email and we will offer an alternative product or refund that item. We can backorder out of stock items this can take 1-2 weeks. If the stock is no longer available due to a license cancellation you will be advised by email to the address where the payment was made and monies will be refunded.

party paks include: invites, plates, cups, napkins, hats, blowers, loot bags,cutlery, balloons.

If no invites are available within the character range we will offer an alternative product.

If hats and blowers are not available in the character range we will replace with plain coloured ones.

Cutlery and the balloons in the packs are plain colours. The cutlery is of an excellent washable grade and the balloons are a excellent brand helium quality.

Mini Pak includes 2 FREE Candles on Picks

Mega Pak includes 2 FREE candles on picks and a FREE bag decoration scatters excellent for invitations or table decorations.

Monsta Pak includes 2 FREE candles on picks, a FREE bag scatters and a FREE plain plastic disposable tableover (suitable for a tressle table) Colour will be within themed range and dependent on colours in stock at time of order unless requested otherwise.

Special Notes

As you may be aware there are thousands of copied products available !

We stock mostly licensed character partyware and when weighing or posting your items we will sometimes remove the packaging to fit the parcel or to reduce weight/postage costs. If you would prefer the packaging to be left on for resale please let us know. We may be able to discount your goodies if you supply an ABN no. (applicable to Australia only).

We always specify if the item is a Licensed product or generic and you should be able to verify if your items are licensed by checking the copyright fine print on each item. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to this matter.

From time to time we do have incorrect information or the shopping cart function may not work correctly and we apologise for this inconvenience ! We try to keep the website updated and will sometimes be sold out of an item even though it doesn't show out of stock ! So we appreciate it when you tell us your comments on how we can improve our website and you are welcome to leave feedback at anytime !
