EXPRESS delivery option 99.9% guaranteed next business day delivery. Process your order and payment then make your Express payment(also found on the bottom of any of our webpages *Express is an additional $10 on top of normal postage & handling please don't ask us to send your order EXPRESS or asap without your Express or Jump the Queue payment its not fair to 1st in 1st served).

General Deliveries within Australia

orders 1-2 business working days to process

deliveries 1 - 2 business working days to arrive (except outer country and not including Pinatas as these require special packaging)

Our preferred courier is Australian Air Express in most cases deliveries be the within the above timeframe unless items are out of stock, public holiday excepted and flight & weather permitting).

All deliveries will have "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE STICKER" on the parcel this allows the courier to leave your parcel just in case you are not home at the time of delivery !

If you would prefer to sign for your parcel please provide us with an alternative address and any special instructions. PO Boxes or business work addresses are fine as an alternative! $10 Re-delivery fee will be charged if not at the address supplied at time of delivery for this option !

Orders under $10, oversized items pinatas are posted via Australia Post regular road transport and may take longer

Insurance is an option available for $10 (without this cover we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods - this can be paid via the FAQs page also)

International customers

(Asia,UK,USA,Canada,Europe) your parcel will be weighed and you will be advised of any additional postage and handling charges. If there is additional postage and handling we will send you an invoice with an email link or you can pay via the FAQs page and once paid your parcel will take approximately 3 - 10 business working days (depending on customs in your country). You can consider registered $7 for tracking or insurance $12 for tracking your parcel and cover for loss or damaged items (without this cover we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods - this can be paid via the FAQs International page also. Some countries do not have insurance available so please check prior to paying) Any customs duties or fees will be payable by you (the customer) on receipt of the goods.
